This is just a Test

The Foundry has been my best apartment living experience by far. The apartments and common areas are comfortable, functional, and stylish. The location couldn’t be better with multiple restaurants and retail shops in walking distance along with miles of dog friendly walking trails. The staff has always been courteous, kind, and quick to respond to concerns or maintenance requests. Not sure what else you could ask for from an apartment – we love it here!

I have lived here for a couple of years now, it’s spacious, modern and pet friendly. The staff and maintenance are friendly and incredibly helpful. Anytime a maintenance concern comes up – it is done in a very timely manner. Shout outs to Nicki and Chuck, they show genuine respect and concern for residents’ quality of life and needs. Great private amenities like laundry machines, clean storage space, and garage parking. The location is great as well; amazing walking trails for walking my dog and close to Madison and downtown Middleton. I plan on staying here as long as I stay in Madison.

My wife and I have lived at the Foundry for just over 3 years now. Started in a 1 bedroom our first year and now live in a 2 bedroom unit. We have a dog and the entire community is very welcoming dogs which is great! The apartments themselves have nice finishes and are built with good quality. The Foundry provides a great community room that we’ve had game nights in, family parties and wedding/baby showers. The outdoor grill and patio area is a great when the suns out too! Don’t have much to complain about living here, management responds quickly to issues always.
